We have a modern tannery situated in the heart of Karachi with state of art machineries imported from Italy, Germany and China to produce quality leather in sheep, cow, goat and buffalo. In processing of these leathers from raw skins we use imported, branded leather chemicals to get the best results. We often take the assistance of foreign qualified leather technicians for getting the best quality of leather. Recently we sent our technician to South Korea to acquire latest leather technology during tanning process. We use imported raw skin from UK, Saudi Arabia, New Zealand, Afghanistan and few more regions with our domestic skin. Our processed leather is best for garments, glove and shoe industry. We simply say Quality is our Guarantee.
By and large on an average basis we can process and produce over 500,000 sq. feet of finished leather per month for export purpose.
We have our own garment unit with over 150 machines for stitching leather garments. This unit is fully backed up by other machinery to stitch quality garments. During the process of stitching the garment, every stage from cutting qualified staff is looking the process so that quality is maintained throughout. We use imported zips, buttons and other accessories from the top international trimming suppliers with the guaranteed quality. Lining and other materials are used which are certified and passed through the international lab test. Where necessary we provide the lab and quality test from international agencies like SGS and Bureau Veritas, Germany. In house designers and pattern makers are available for latest designs.
We can easily produce 7000 plus garments/ month with state of the art machinery and professional team backup.
A separate division is designated for the ladies hand bags, bag packs and similar items. Our specialty in leather accessories are ladies hand bags and men wallets. All the required machinery and technical support is available under one roof. We use sheep, goat and cow leather and we use all imported trimming.
